On average, it is studied that, the investment can be recuperated in a maximum period of 5 years. Parks have been built that have recovered the investment in less than three years, but in very special circumstances (excellent location, very touristic area and a benevolent climate allowing a higher than average yearly operation).
Between 5 Acre of land as minimum to 30 Acres of land maximum.
An international standard water park with international rides will cost INR 4.5 crore per acre. A national standard water park with Indian rides and service facilities will cost between INR 3.25 Crore to INR 3.5 crore depending on manufacture types.
All rides look alike but material, colour, workmanship and safety concern differ between ride manufacturer. It is also important to identify safety certification by ride manufacturer. Selecting a right kind of ride for park also very important as public always choose best thrill factors inside ride journey. It is always better discuss to an expert water park consultant before investing on your park.
Because each project RSPL is involved with is so unique, no standard answer can be given in regard to project costs. Obviously, the larger the project, the more expensive it will generally be. However, exact costs do vary from project to project. While there are some rules of thumb, again until we know more about your project, we cannot “guesstimate”.
As with all estimates of costs, this is highly variable. Factors such as site location, level of technology, number of attractions, and design complexity will vary widely from one project to another. While one 50-acre development might be in the 3.5 Crore per Acre, another project could easily be 5 Crore per Acre. So Each project is unique, and therefore, is the price. The cost excludes the cost of land.
Yes. RSPL can provide on-site management for your project or facility. RSPL can act as either the project manager, or find suitable candidates to be hired directly by the project. We have in the past placed General Managers, Construction, Safety, Entertainment, and Maintenance RSPL personnel on site. This allows the project to receive feedback and guidance daily from these individuals as well .
RSPL is unable to give costs or even estimates of costs until we are able to gauge each project. Remember, each project is unique and RSPL treats each one as the individual entity that it is. However, once we have completed the feasibility analysis, our Design Department can then get a realistic picture of the project and proposals.
Starting an amusement project (Water, Amusement, Adventure, Science Museum) need a thorough homework and guidance by a rightful amusement park consultant. Your investment should not go waste and it should be rightfully used for a better return. Manufacturer/OEM can persuade and pressurize to sale his product but project sometime fail due to over design, selection of unwanted rides and technology system, failure in architecture design to tackle footfall in peak seasons, faulty capacity management and wrong design of utility services. A thumb rule is: –
a. Where and how to start (Market Opportunity?). Need a proper DPR document to analyse first.
b. What is unique value of your product? And why customer will like your product? (Customization, Reputation, Realization)
c. What resources you want to utilize? (Superior Technology, Quality Manpower, Service consistency)
d. How you can sustain unique value? (Market Rivals)

RSPL does prepare all drawings by RSPL team of experts in Architecture, Thematic, Structural, MEP, Filtration, IT leading up to GFC drawings. We have found that each client’s area is special as far as codes (electrical, etc.) and local engineers save the client money by understanding these as well as being better able to work with the local government entities. RSPL virtual team work on project from different parts of India with their field of expertise and lowest possible cost to client.
RSPL do feasibility study and submit report. Approximate time required is 30 to 45 days. Client pay for feasibility study depend on size of project. RSPL Charge an average cost of 3 Lakh up to 10acre and 5 lakhs up to 20acre and there on. Clients need to pay these cost prior project start.
RSPL maintains a strict policy against investing in any project. By becoming investors, we would lose our objectivity and we would not provide our clients with the high level of service that we have become known for. Simply put, RSPL is not a bank or financial institution.
A business plan does provide valuable information needed for the daily operation of any successful project. Data that is needed for the success of the project is included in the business plan. Methods targeting specific audiences, daily projections of attendance, and inclusion of operating philosophies are also often included in a business plan.
A feasibility study outlines ALL of the data needed to ensure that a project is an economic success over a longer period of time. The inclusion of a complete marketing analysis, financial projections, and design parameters in our feasibility analysis lay a solid groundwork for all future tasks to be completed.
A feasibility study is necessary for several reasons. First, by having an outside company such as RSPL perform the analysis, the legitimacy and credibility of your idea or plan is confirmed by an outside party; i.e., RSPL. This non-biased analysis provides reassurance to any investors that this is the correct way to invest. Secondly, the feasibility study gives you investment parameters according to the recommended size and scope of the project. This helps to assure that you do not “overbuild” or “under build”. Finally, and just as important, the feasibility lays out the groundwork needed by the designers of your project. By designing a project without a feasibility to follow, much time and money will be wasted.
At this point, remember, RSPL also designs projects. So, how can RSPL be non-biased if RSPL wants to also DESIGN a project? Easy answer here! RSPL does NOT want to be associated with a project which will fail. So we certainly would not prepare a feasibility study which said “the project is good” just so we could design it! Remember, our reputation is on the line also!
